Specialty Sidamo Coffee is a sweet flavor and has an aroma with a light to medium body which is a wet-processed (washed) Ethiopian coffee known for its rich, full body (mouthfeel), sweet and complex flavor, low acidity, floral aroma, and an finish that is bright and soft.
Limmu is a region in southwest Ethiopia. This coffee is very similar in cup profile to washed Yirgacheffe coffee because of its full citrus acidity, soft berry undertones, chocolate and floral notes. Limu coffee is grown at about 1,100-1,800 m.a.s.l.

The high altitudes and the long-lasting history of coffee cultivation in that area make Yirgacheffe a unique production region with a distinct cup profile. Grown in the Southern regions of Ethiopia, Wolaita zone. Wolaita grow traditional Heirloom varietals, locally known as Mikke, Arumme and Morre. So fertile is their land that two harvests are expected in years of good rainfall. Wolaita Kawo Tona Lot is processed at Bunaroma Pundunia Site. It is located at Wolaita Sodo about 330 km from South West of Addis Ababa, and 160 km from Hawassa, the Southern regional capital.

Sidama is bordered on the south by the Oromia Region (except for a short stretch in the middle where it shares a border with Gedeo zone), on the west by the Bilate River, which separates it from Wolayta zone, and on the north and east by the Oromia Region. It produces world class washed coffee due to its ideal soil type, climate, altitude, rainfall and temperature, for the production of high quality coffee
